Doors are stiff when locking. Raised it several times with company but have failed to address it so far.

The windows supplied and fitted were of excellent quality. I am very happy with those windows. The front door to the block was not closing as it should for 50% of the time, but now it closes every time.Unfortunately that door closes too loudly when it closes.Michael Keisner.

I am very pleased with the overall product and the service provided. I purchased 5 upvc windows and aluminium French doors with side panel. There’s a tiny fault in the door (bar glued on the glass) but it’s the factory fault and not the workmanship issue. I definitely recommend the supplier.

Overall positive. Still waiting for some snagging issues to be sorted out.Some window sills have hairline cracks on the wall that was not filled in.

Windows were fitted within estimated lead time and estimated installation time. Some minor Issues with incorrect product orders and damage during transport rectified promptly.

The contractor did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with how clean and tidy they managed to keep all areas where the work was carried out. I would highly recommend them.

Had to come back three times to adjust

I would, but with caution. Some of the windows were missing handles and it took months to get sorted.

My installation looks good but there were gaps left.
