On the day it was very hot and Dean lone worked - - there should have been 2 of them - Dean worked hard and stayed until 6.30pm, and was happy with his job, he took time to show me how to use the door. Nothing was to much trouble.

The workmanship of this contractor was good, also the pricing for the work was very competitive and teh finished job is good. Their communications and follow up when there are issues could be improved, they take a long time to do anything and do not always respond to communications

Very pleased with the product and initial approach, quotation procedure and subsequent installation. The after-sales service, however, was delayed with no explanation or returned calls to keep us informed. The team of Adam, Tom and Dan were all very pleasant, orderly and methodical. We were pleased to have them in our home especially during the partial Covid lockdown restrictions.

Unfortunately, due to Covid the door arrived late which delayed the fitting date by several months. The door was not checked before installation, resulting in the door being fitted without a letterbox, despite being on the original order. The door was also missing a side cap on the drip bar. The door then had to be removed at a later date to have the letter box opening cut and letter box fitted, (the first letter box sent was the incorrect one and another had to be ordered!) together with another visit to fit the cap. I also had to contact the contractor to receive the manufacturer certificate. The inconvenience caused sadly means I would not feel happy recommending the contractor, although I would say the door fitter did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the new door.
