Very reasonably priced. Sometimes tricky to tie them down to a day. Problems with installations have been largely reconciled. We are still waiting on a replacement lock cylinder and set of keys.

Very good service they provided,

We had problems on installation, (eg parts of the window coming off within 2 weeks an child locks not working). The window installer blamed the builder and the builder blamed the window installer. It is difficult for us to say who was at fault.

The customer service to get the windows repaired was difficult to say the least. The child locks still dont work, (they have not from Day One). I have not told the installer this given I don't have the strength to argue through whose fault it is, (though its a mystery to me how any of the problems we have seen can be the fault of the builder).

The company didn't remove the film off the window and I am struggling to remove it.

Good quality product and installation.

One feature of the windows was not as agreed / designed. However, Heka have committed to resolving this (although not complete at time of writing).

Very slow to fit windows (problems with the glass, delays, etc) and correct snags with the workmanship but overall we are happy with the bifold and feel it is of good quality.
