Excellent service

This is the second time we have used Alex and his associates and as previously they provided an excellent product and installation service. The windows were large bespoke arched upvc replacement and we could not be more please with the result. Will continue to recommend Alex to anyone interested in replacement windows.

A Dobson Windows & Doors Ltd carried out the installation of the replacement double glazing windows throughout my mother's property, including replacing the front and rear kitchen doors and patio door. As the property was occupied by the tenants, I was unable to inspect the installation myself, however, Mr Dobson did provide me with a comprehensive set of pictures after the installation. Therefore, I cannot comment on the tidiness or workmanship, as I did not view it first hand.

Mr Dobson was happy to liaise with both the Estate agent who provides the managed rental service on my behalf and directly with the tenants to make all the arrangements for the survey and installation. The installation was completed on time.

Excellent, 2nd Job Alex has completed for us.

Alex was nice enough, however our date was extended once which was very inconvenient as we also run a business from home and we had to have notice also. We lost money with the date change and also Alex did not take into consideration our needs on the 2 days and we had little say in the running order of the works which was a bit inconvenient with our Doggy Day Care business.
We also felt that the new products should have least been cleaned before they left site and that we should also have been asked to inspect the frames and doors before they left site, which did not happen on either day they carried out work. We had to purchase some white spirit to get sticky marks off the glass.
We had been informed that trickle vents would have to comply with new regulations after 15th June, however
