We were very happy with the work and service Alex and his team provided. Communication was excellent and the quality of the windows and doors is great.

Alex and his team were very professional and the installation is excellent. They came on time. Part of the door was damaged when they unwrapped it and they came two weeks later and sorted everything out to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

A Dobson Windows & Doors Ltd carried out the installation of the replacement double glazing windows throughout my mother’s property, including replacing the front and rear kitchen doors and patio door. As the property was occupied by the tenants, I was unable to inspect the installation myself, however, Mr Dobson did provide me with a comprehensive set of pictures after the installation. Therefore, I cannot comment on the tidiness or workmanship, as I did not view it first hand.Mr Dobson was happy to liaise with both the Estate agent who provides the managed rental service on my behalf and

Alex was punctual for the initial appointment and the installation. He gave clear details about the products to be installed. Satisfied with the installation however the products have developed an issue from the manufacturing end which has required following up. This follow up could have been better.
