I have not replied to the first 2 enquiries as it took 21 months from enquiring about the glazing until completion.
I am not qualified to reply to the workmanship.
However when it is cold outside there is condensation on the inside of the windows .
I am not sure why there is a date of birth box.

Very helpful when advising on choice available. Carefully checked dimensions and details of windows and doors chosen; good at listening to what I wanted. Very pleased with resultant effect and house is a lot warmer.
