Very helpful when advising on choice available. Carefully checked dimensions and details of windows and doors chosen; good at listening to what I wanted. Very pleased with resultant effect and house is a lot warmer.

Original window survey was done without asking the window style, the changed windows that we asked for were not delivered and fitted going back to the original survey that was done without consultation. Fensa certificate had to be chased on several occasions (10+)

Steve was very good considerate and tidy always offering help and the product is great quality – really pleased with our windows and doors
