Very chatty and professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Workmanship is great and no complaints from us. This is the 3rd time we’ve used this company and we’ll use it again.

The main door needs to be adjusted to seal properly please

Excellent company .

The product is satisfactory. However I do have some concerns regarding the installation .
The external sill to bay ,badly chipped and scratched, installed in this state. Areas left not sealed in , internal fascia  uneven and sloping.
After discussion and further correspondence the sill was replaced . However i feel there was a reluctance to do this despite the extent of damage and it was only through my persistence that this was eventually carried out . My feelings are this should have not been disputed  . Photographs of the damaged chipped sill were sent but I would suggest in future if a customer is not happy , someone should come out to look and not put pressure on a customer to go down the route of having it filled in and resprayed when there are deep chips in the PVC and you have been contacted about it straight away after installation. The other areas of poor workmanship were pointed out to the installers and they were corrected straight away , which is a positive. Installers were polite and helpful however not seemingly aware that areas had been missed with filler , internal fascia 2inches Lower to one side and installed a sill that was so badly  damaged that it could not fail to be missed . 
I can only conclude that either this is the standard and in accordance with practice or it is not but Carried out anyway with a disregard for the product and the customer.
I conclude therefore that it would be extremely hard to dispute the case that it was within hope that the customer would not notice or be blind to very obvious poor workmanship . I therefore despite the areas being corrected to my satisfaction within good timing cannot sadly recommend to other customers. The reason for this being primarily the potential for elderly or vulnerable customers who may not be aware , not confident or have limited dexterity to point out areas of concern that would otherwise have been passed as satisfactory .

The two gentleman that came were great. They were friendly, polite and answered any questions we had. Apart from a short lunch break they just worked all day and even cleared up in the dark. Fabulous, would definitely recommend them.

I suspect we might be the exception given the other reviews of the contractor but my order wasn’t completed within the original timescale and then further delayed. The address on the paperwork was also incorrect for some reason which meant they had to call me to get the correct address.The items sent weren’t correct either which I am now having to get addressed after the installation.The installation process of the actual products was good and professional and the staff turned up when expected and communicated well.

Fitter turned up at site on the day and time agreed. Not only did he make every effort to limit the disruption to the household during the installation, but he also cleaned up inside and outside once window install was completed.Would happily use this company and personnel again. 10/10 faultless .

On the point of sale nothing was discussed with me regarding position wanted the knocker. When door was fitted it came without door knocker. I was assured this would be done later date. I explained I wouldn�t be in and was advised I didn�t need to be. When came to fit it the workman can clearly be heard on ring doorbell phone the office as he isn�t clear where to fit it. I didn�t get a call. It was fitted in middle not where I would expect and certainly not where would usually be expected! In addition to works completed there was a minor fault in one of the panels & the Company (Black & White Windows) went above & beyond to repair / replace the part i was not completely happy with to ensure customer satisfaction, they were back in two days, panel replaced, staff courteous & i would absolutely recommend this company.

Dave did a great job, particularly as he unearthed a few issues when removing our old door. I was a bit worried about how clean it would look as he had to piece up the brickwork, but it�s perfect, he did a great job!

Black and White windows were very professional… from ringing up to make an appointment through to having the windows fitted. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The fitters were friendly and cleared up after themselves.Would highly recommend this company, as they were recommended to us.

It might have been useful for them to have suggested some additional work that they did not mention and could have been done at the same time. eg. replace the flashing over the window and replace old timber soffits. These things only became apparent after the contractor had left. my fault too for not fully thinking it through. Overall we are very happy with the windows and the way they worked.

Just one minor point, why not tidy up the windows after fitting instead of leaving little bits of the black seal in the corners of the windows

The workmanship would have been 9 except for the interior plastering which was not flat. When the wall was illuminated the unevenness was visible making the look substandard. My husband re-plastered the walls himself.

Very pleased with the courteous & quick installation of my rear door and kitchen window. All the rubbish, old door & frame was removed from site and a clean work area left afterwards. Many thanks.

Incredibly polite and professional with my mum whose home was the site of the installation. Clean and tidy whilst doing the install, therefore vvery little mess for them to clear away when finished. Explained everything to mum very well.Mum wad very impressed with product, the end result and the installer. I must also say, i wad impressed with instsller when i arrived at the house to make sure everything was finished. The only thing that was missing were the house numbers which were fitted just a few days later.

Black and White windows are the best. I was worried about new plaster around the windows and when the job was finished it was perfect. No plastering required, the windows look INCREDIBLE and the one in the bathroom makes my bathroom look like a new room. The amount of time and effort they put in is second to none and there is no rush to get the job completed. Amazing company and amazing workmen who only fit to perfection.
