I scored a 7 for tidiness as they had a new team member who made a huge mess cutting UPVC on our front drive. I would like to add that the company dealt well with my complaint.

This was a very difficult time for Trade Windows – waiting for deliveries of orders, illness and retention of staff. Throughout it all Anita did her best to keep me in the picture. I’m very pleased with the final outcome!
