Trade Windows did sort out a number of problems with both the windows and their installation. A number of the problems could have been avoided by perhaps more care being taken during the initial installations. The installation team was very helpful and their work is much appreciated. Overall a positive experience, despite the glitches.

We have just had seven windows and a composite front door and sidescreen fitted by Trade Windows of Barnstaple, and what a transformation, we are now draft free, noise noticeably reduced, secure and up to date. Even with delays caused by Covid, lockdowns, and supply issues, none of which were the fault of the company, they have kept us up to date with the situation throughout, and have fitted the installation work in at the earliest availability. Their workforce has been friendly , efficient and have carried out a first class installation. The property was left clean and tidy in all respects. Thank you all concerned for a job well done at a reasonable price. A good family business, which deserves to be supported. We would certainly recommend this company.

We are very happy with work carried out by North Devon Trade Windows. Living a long distance away from the property were the work was carried out agreement of timing was extremely important to us. We need not have worried the work was carried out on the agreed dates and we were every happy with all aspects of the work. The team arrived on timed, were very friendly and polite, got on with work, tidied up thoroughly each day and knew their jobs. When finished the installation fully matched our expectations. We look forward to the windows and door lasting for many years and thank the team and North Devon Trade Windows. We did have to wait for several months before the work was carried out but we are very happy that we did.

This was a very difficult time for Trade Windows - waiting for deliveries of orders, illness and retention of staff. Throughout it all Anita did her best to keep me in the picture. I'm very pleased with the final outcome!
