Excellent company and products

We were recommended by a family friend to select this contractor who had all the windows in their own house replaced. I only wanted one window replaced, so the cost was a serious consideration. After the contractor visited our premises & gave me the quotation for 1 window to be replaced it was within our budget. Consequently we able to make contact with the contractor to accept the quotation and arrange a date for installation.

Great Work, Very Tidy

We had far too many issues/problems with the window/door installations. To be fair, they seemed to stem from poor workmanship by our contractor’s suppliers (UKWG) – but perhaps also from damages in transit – but we personally bore the brunt of the effects via a very long time to complete the job (and there is still something of a problem with the front door lock), multiple disappointments and a great deal of lost time from additional work and resolution appointments as well as time taken to generate and respond to emails. The contractor was reasonably understanding and did give us a �100 vouc
