Excellent service. We were kept informed each step of the way which ensured everything went very smoothly. The window fitters themselves were outstanding, very professional, nothing seemed to throw them, they had a wealth of experience which meant they painlessly solved any oddities caused by our existing old windows. All their work was of a high quality. I would highly recommend their work and helpfulness.

From the initial enquiry, through to the installation phase all aspects of the  the widow procurement, delivery and installation kept to plan. A most pleasing experience throughout each stage. The installation team were excellent.

Great service with quality windows

I initially had two suppliers that I could not make up my mind with, Richie Minshull eventually took the edge, he seemed more hungry for the business and did all that he could to help me with making a decision. What can I say, everything about the process and installation was excellent if not perfect. Ian and Geoff the installers were so good I could not fault them. The actual windows and doors installed were as good a quality as any I had seen and the price, now that I have seen the job completed is excellent value for money. Well done the team, one of the best jobs I have had done in my home.

The customer service was top-notch—friendly, informative, and professional from start to finish, The installation team was efficient, on time, and cleaned up afterward. While not the cheapest option, we feel that the price was fair for the quality and service provided.

Excellent company and products

We were recommended by a family friend to select this contractor who had all the windows in their own house replaced. I only wanted one window replaced, so the cost was a serious consideration. After the contractor visited our premises & gave me the quotation for 1 window to be replaced it was within our budget. Consequently we able to make contact with the contractor to accept the quotation and arrange a date for installation.

We had far too many issues/problems with the window/door installations. To be fair, they seemed to stem from poor workmanship by our contractor’s suppliers (UKWG) – but perhaps also from damages in transit – but we personally bore the brunt of the effects via a very long time to complete the job (and there is still something of a problem with the front door lock), multiple disappointments and a great deal of lost time from additional work and resolution appointments as well as time taken to generate and respond to emails. The contractor was reasonably understanding and did give us a �100 vouc
