Mr Ross came measuring the windows and doors, then talking through all about the product that they use to install, and safety and security we would have with the Rock doors. The installation team was also very professional in their work, they gave every care in installation, also took great care in my home , we cannot thank the men enough. Both my husband and I, say if you want a hassle free work done Mr J M Ross is the company you must have in mind to get a quote .

JM Ross have been brilliant. The fitting process was great and the fitters kept everything clean and tidy and made good any necessary repairs. Any queries have been quickly resolved

After reading positive reviews about the company was disappointed with the overall experience. Several issues with windows and door (mainly products supplied) meant several visits. The issues were eventually fixed to a better standard, but this and better communication after installation would have rated higher.
