Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the plasterer – this caused delays on completion and extremely messy. Albeit it was rectified after the issue was raised in good time and to a better standard.

We had a few issues during the work but they were dealt with very professionally.

Very professional job by guys who worked solid all day through very adverse weather. It poured with rain all day and they were always smiling and very polite. Cleaned up really well after they�d finished. I would highly recommend this company.

But of an issue at early stages as initially they fitted window glass that didn�t match other windows. Customer service did resolve issue, but I think could have been avoided with better sales/design. Also poor communication to the person actually doing the work as he wasn�t aware of some aged bits of work so had to return another day.

There was an issue with the door initially (no letterbox). This was only checked once the contractor arrived, and I had to follow up several times to find out when the door would arrive and if the construction was on track. Additionally, I wasn’t informed when it would be installed once the letter box had been fitted and I had to follow up again to know when to be available. The actual fitter on the day was very professional and helpful

No problems with Go installations, they are great to work with, but their supplier let them down badly; we had to get the glass panel replaced 4 times, as first 3 all had marks inside the window.

Kept informed of how Coronavirus is effecting the cracked glass snagging work. V good.

The service from Graham Orin was excellent, they reviewed my requirements, gave me a quote, which I accepted, they turned up when they said they would, they did a very good job of installing the windows, the workmen were very professional and installed the windows, which were as I was expe cting. They cleaned up on completion. This level of service is what as a customer we are hoping for, but sadly not always achieved these days, but I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Graham Orin to other friends.

Compliments to the colleague who made the initial survey. A clear and detailed review of leading and pattern. A break in comms meant the installed units did not match originals. Work carried out efficiently and correctly. No problems with installer or installation except for missing door knocker which was quickly rectified and fitted accordingly. Work carried out without the need for any internal redecoration.
