Contractors left the job early and unfinished Friday early afternoon after being here for 3 hrs, even though I was told a door and 3 windows would be less than a days work, I was told they will be back 9am Saturday no show, noContact, especially frustrating I had to chased for hours where they were eventually turned up at 12pm Saturday afternoon the office were not informed the job was unfinished and they had left early. Chased for CERTASS certification for 5months only given when I threatened to inform CERTASS. I would welcome audit to see if installation meets standards.

It took 3 months to complete the installation rather than 3 days due to various quality control issues but on the whole we’re pleased with the finish and would recommend the contractor.

Both Lee and Sam are very friendly and personable and both fitters were hard working and polite.

Left a mess, ripped wallpaper and skirting boards. Sat in the van for 2& half hours through the day rather than just getting it finished.

Initial complications with the quality of workmanship by the original fitter. Took a few attempts to get the work rectified. Work finally rectified and completed to a higher standard by the company owner. Quality of windows are good.

We was very happy with the job done from the measuring up process with Lee, to time keeping , installation, communication and house keeping. Communication with the office has also been a pleasure and so I would highly recommend dragon windows. We will 100% be calling them in to install the 3 remaining windows at the rear of the property.

Everything got off to a bad start as only one fitter was available due to unforeseen circumstances. In addition 3 windows had broken in transit which had a knock on effect on the schedule. As a result of the overrun of the fitting the work was carried out over 2 following weekends, this took us into the Christmas period when they were closed. Work was carried out in January. Due to bad weather we had a problem with the front door panel and this work was completed in March.

Very professional, neat & tidy. Most important for me was the quality of the window and the expert fit.
