The contractor was extremely courteous and professional on site. The two-man team worked with a high level of productivity and left the site completely spotlessly tidy when they departed. No the contractor was fine but Velux were not. There is a slight leakage from one window and Velux do not want to know.
I am unlikely to buy or recommend Velux again.

Joe did a great job, windows are perfect. They were expertly and very tidily fitted. Joe was a pleasure to communicate with.
