Very professional reasonable priced work

The contractor kept us informed of when the installation was expected and was flexible when the original installation date did not suit us. When the contractor found a fault in the manufacture of the product, he informed us and he did his best to get a replacement as soon as possible.My only “complaint” is that the contractor delayed sending the final invoice – I don’t like owing money!!

From the first visit to measure and give an estimate, talking through the pros and cons of various products, supply and fitting, removal of the old windows and thorough clean-up. The work was outstanding.

He was very flexible during the initial quoting process. In addition where some render needing replacing he arranged a visit after this had dried and been painted to apply a bead of mastic around the window.

Very helpful and skilled contractor. He was punctual, very neat and tidy and very skilled at the installation. The glass roof windows were in particular challenging to install, but he carried out the work extremely well. I am very pleased with his work and the overall result.

Contractor was friendly, professional and provide good advice. Unfortunately he was let down several times by the glass supplier which resulted in long delays .
