Mendip Conservatories we excellent all round. They demonstraited wonderful knowledge, competance and friendliness throught my dealings with them. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did fitting my new front door, and my replacement double-glazing windows. Even the price was good compared to the other quotes I was receiving.

Richard was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was the main reason I decided to go with Mendip.Whilst there was a miscommunication initially about replacing the plastic trim, Kim and his team sorted the situation very quickly and was resolved at no extra cost to myself, which I was very grateful for.Marcus and Mike were very reliable, were always on time and their work for the most part was excellent. The only reason I have docked a single point off was due to a few mistakes made during the install, but these were rectified straight away once brought up with them, so great overall. Also

We were delighted with the windows, installation and value for money for same. Time keeping was unfortunate because contractors van had problems but they certainly made up for it by working on the weekend.

Whilst initially concerned about the cutting of the gas pipe, we were pleased that the problem was rectified quickly.

Excellent service and professional friendly staff

Mendip Conservatories installed a conservatory some 15 years ago, replaced all our windows some 5 years ago and have now installed a new front door and side panel. We have found Mendip Conservatories, a small company which is always preferable, to be excellent and have a proper understanding of what quality and customer care is all about.

The contractor was fine, just found the payment system a bit confusing , paying different bodies of people separately .
