He provides good advice backed up with quality products and handpicked qualified fitters at a reasonable price. This company are worth waiting for. The fitters are polite, professional, trustworthy and very tidy, they work hard and genuinely care about their work. If they hit a snag, they overcome it and keep you informed at all times.

A great job and very pleased with the quality of the windows but guttering was left full of debris from the job and the bedroom plastering was not completed underneath the window. Only noticed a few weeks later which was disappointing.

What a delightful company to deal with. Everyone from my initial contact with Joanna, the boss Tom and the fitter Sean was so refreshing, polite, interested and focussed on the job in hand. I cannot fault them, and wish there were more businesses out there with their helpful, can-do attitude.

Very helpful. Communicated well (Kate was excellent). Good price. Smooth installation (Shaun was excellent). Minor niggle: door doesn't open a full 90 degrees as it turned out to be larger than expected. Hoping a minor adjustment to stairs will rectify this.

The patio doors had a manufacturing fault through no fault of the contractor, TP Improvements. They were very proactive in getting the issue sorted.

The finish around the window and door was poor, it was rectified promptly when pointed out.

Tom provided an excellent service and we are very happy with the end result. Whilst there were a few issues with the installation Tom's customer service was outstanding and all faults and issues were rectified.

One costly correction resulted from the borders around the outside of the windows not being finished correctly. The outside of the house is rendered and when the decorator arrived to paint the exterior he had to spend time correcting very uneven edges which had been created when the new windows were installed. The decorator advised that had the edges/borders been finished to a smooth standard, ie at the time the fresh cement and sand was used to secure the windows, it would have saved me as the Client several hundred pounds of cost.

Not having dustsheets when installing the doors was an issue, especially as it was a very wet day. Floors got very wet.
