Pleased with Installation. Contractor was sensitive to disruption and mess and did a good job to keep this minimal. Tidied up after they left. However, Invoices to support payment must contain HMRC guided content for sole traders. Usual things about communications ie Turn up when you say you will or if not able to, a courtesy phone call to advise delay goes a long way to.

Tenant was very happy with installation at the end of the day so all well that ends well.

i had a terrible experience with a roofer last year and this work was to replace the leaking skylights and cracked tiling around the skylights- the team were professional helpful and reassured me given I was very nervous about having to have the whole thing redone again. They were respectful and explained everything and anwered all queries and took the trouble to try to resolve matters which were not part of the job such the wire to the Tv ariel and the top guttering hopper.
The work has been checked by CETASS who thought it was a very tidy job especically the tiling around the skylights so I am pleased to have found someone who is a responsible tradesman and would approach Chris again if I have any problems

Timing was accurate and each day the property was left in a clean and tidy condition. The removal of skip was prompt on completion of the work and we are completely satisfied with every aspect of the installation. A genuine comapny to deal with. The transformation is amazing.
