Overall happy with my new windows, friendly and helpful workman
But would high light importance of using good quality silicon, as I think that brought the finishing effect down.
Less than couple of months from installation silicone needed to be replaced as was crumbling away (get mouldy) with wiping windows/window sill only with damp cloth

Still got issues with a leak that they are not resolving

THEY WHERE ON TIME AND DID A EXCELENT JOB.

The surveyer rang me after I asked for more work to be completed and threatened me to make a payment I had already made and Was abusive and aggressive on the phone. My colleague recorded the callThis was reported supposedly by the quoter Peter who said I would have a call from the owner. I also had contact via email regarding my guarantee where I again asked where my phone call from the owner was. This has been ignored

From sales to install, LGG have been great to work with. Quick and clear communication when needed. Installers/building contractors were professional, polite and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

He could have explained about the one way lock to us before committing. he said it was there in the manual. But i dont know about that. If i was informed about the self lock, i could have changed it to different one. But not i cannot. except that on time and process are all good.

From the initial visit from Peter, to when we shook hands and said goodbye to the three gentlemen who fitted our windows and doors the service was fantastic. The fitters were true gentlemen, taking care of our property and cleaning up after themselves. If anyone is hesitant about using this company, dont be, I dont think you will be disappointed.

Lancashire Glass needed to provide more direction and support of the installation works. Their main contact appeared to lose interest in the job once they’d been paid

Got the job done efficiently and tidily and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately the company never registered the job with Certass until I needed a certificate 9 months later. They did however get this done quickly once it was required.

Good quality windows and installation.

Installation basically good. Finishing off was poor.

All round a very pain free experience. The contractor noted two snagging items during the installation and resolved them within two weeks and without any pressure from me. The only issue is the slightly higher levels of noise incursion from outside the house, I understand this is due to the requirement to have vents in order to meet building regulations.

Happy with product and workmanship Had to chance for every appointment, from survey, fitting and sending out guarantees which I should have had to. However happy with the product and got there eventually

The workmen were fantastic very clean and tidy.. One of the workman went above and beyond he was brilliant let us know everything that was going on.. He was a true gent and would recommend him to friends and family (think his name was vaz) .. Thank again Suzanne and Brian.

A suberb service from start to finish!

From the initial visit by Peter to the installation the contractor has been top quality. I have been kept informed at all times. The window were installed within the estimated date. The window installers were friendly & did a careful and detailed job, all finishing trims carefully custom made. The installers left our home and garden clean and tidy after installation. I would use this company again.

The fitters were brilliant, hard working, very polite and tidy. I am impressed with the quality of the Windows and door and would definitely recommend this firm ..

my only comment would be to keep in contact the customer throughout each stage, when workmen are turning up, do you need to be available to let them in etc .Over all I absolutely love my orangery, it will bring many years of happiness. Thank you

Peter the salesman was lovely to deal with and no pressure to purchase, once we decided to order, the products were produced in the promised timeframe. The fitting was carried out to a great standard and we are very happy with our new windows and front door. My only slight critisim would be the fitters could have tidied up outside a bit better, but in thier defense they’d worked hard on a very miserable Lancashire day.

All good and professional up to now.

The fitters work was excellent

Windows were ok; shame they couldn�t fulfil the order for the big window as promised. There was absolutely no communication about how or why part of our order couldn�t be completed. The fitters on the day were not able to help with any information at all. We could no longer reach our original salesman via phone or messages and finding someone in the company to talk to to find out what was going on also proved to be difficult. I did get a phone call later where the issue was discussed.

The workmen which installed the windows and doors were very polite and very clean workers everything clean and tidy

I would not recommend to anyone to go with the company. It’s been a total nightmare from the beginning to the end. The salesman Peter very friendly and the fitters very friendly to. The workshop manufacturing of composite door and pvc door very poor The workmanship very poor not to my standards,I’m very disappointed

It was a very difficult time during Covid. The product itself was very good quality the communication was not great although I do appreciate the difficulties they faced getting supplies/workers etc during such difficult times. When the workers were at the property they were always very polite and worked hard. Any issues raised were sorted out although some of them took longer than I would have liked

So far very impressed with quality of windows and doors installed along with the workmanship of the installers.

From using the website, to getting a quote, to getting the work done was excellent. Peter was knowledgeable and accessible, and the fitters were amazing, the speed they blasted through my house was quite something.

The initial sales meeting and installation went smoothly. We then had problems with the company issuing an invoice to enable us to settle the account. Despite paying the balance in December we did not receive a Certass Certificate in January and I had to chase the company to sort this out. We were disappointed with this as we were pleased with the doors that were installed.

Sales and surveyor offered a fantastic experience however on the equally important part that is the installation there were some workmanship issues that we resolved eventually.

Some challenges getting materials – general issue not specific to supplier. Great installation team who worked really hard to get the job completed.
