Installation basically good. Finishing off was poor.

Lots of missed appointments without letting me know they weren't able to attend. It has taken several months to sort out a leak at the bottom of my door.

Great service received

All round a very pain free experience. The contractor noted two snagging items during the installation and resolved them within two weeks and without any pressure from me. The only issue is the slightly higher levels of noise incursion from outside the house, I understand this is due to the requirement to have vents in order to meet building regulations.

Had to chance for every appointment, from survey, fitting and sending out guarantees which I should have had to. However happy with the product and got there eventually

Overall I was extremely impressed with this company. The windows look fantastic and the workmanship is excellent.
The reasons I have not given 10’s In every area is as follows

The work was due to be completed over two days however, they did not return on the 2nd day. I had to wait a further two days for them to return.

I was told they would return with the window keys but over two weeks later I still hadnt received them.

The company promised to have the windows and doors installed before Christmas and they were true to their word.

Very pleased with the orangery. Good value for money.

The workmen were fantastic very clean and tidy.. One of the workman went above and beyond he was brilliant let us know everything that was going on.. He was a true gent and would recommend him to friends and family (think his name was vaz) .. Thank again Suzanne and Brian.

The contractor was very helpful and easy to contact. The product quality is excellent and we would definitely use this contractor again.

The fitters are fantastic, really nice chaps who work really hard.

The lack of communication and setting of expectations when the work was to be completed is my gripe. I took 2 days off work and I had the fitting cancelled 50mins before they were due to arrive. I was promised all work was to be completed the next day and they would send 4 men which wasn’t the case. They were unable to complete sills on the same day the windows were fitted this was not explained to me. I ended up having to wait until the next week for the sills to be completed which impacted my work and I ended up having to work extra hours to make up for time due to not being able to fully concentrate. Apart from the communication grip everyone was polite, hardworking and very nice to deal with.

The fitters were brilliant, hard working, very polite and tidy. I am impressed with the quality of the Windows and door and would definitely recommend this firm .

From the initial visit by Peter to the installation the contractor has been top quality. I have been kept informed at all times. The window were installed within the estimated date. The window installers were friendly & did a careful and detailed job, all finishing trims carefully custom made. The installers left our home and garden clean and tidy after installation. I would use this company again.

We are extremely happy with our new windows. Excellent quality and service throughout. Highly recommend.

my only comment would be to keep in contact the customer throughout each stage, when workmen are turning up, do you need to be available to let them in etc .

I was most impressed at every stage of the process from sales to installation. We received a very fair quotation straight out with none of the usual attempts to boost profits that most double-glazing sales teams employ. (One nationally-known company we approached offered a starting quote 3 times higher Lancashire Glass and Glazing for example.) After we accepted the quotation, everyone who worked on this did exactly as they promised: immediate site-survey, products built and installed within a very short time 5-week time frame (which is remarkable just now when nearly all building projects are subject to very long lead times), and installers arriving on time and working hard to complete an excellent window replacement. The fitters were really polite and pleasant and did an excellent job.

Peter the salesman was lovely to deal with and no pressure to purchase, once we decided to order, the products were produced in the promised timeframe. The fitting was carried out to a great standard and we are very happy with our new windows and front door. My only slight critisim would be the fitters could have tidied up outside a bit better, but in thier defense they'd worked hard on a very miserable Lancashire day.

Windows were ok; shame they couldn’t fulfil the order for the big window as promised. There was absolutely no communication about how or why part of our order couldn’t be completed. The fitters on the day were not able to help with any information at all. We could no longer reach our original salesman via phone or messages and finding someone in the company to talk to to find out what was going on also proved to be difficult. I did get a phone call later where the issue was discussed.

I would not recommend to anyone to go with the company. It's been a total nightmare from the beginning to the end. The salesman Peter very friendly and the fitters very friendly to. The workshop manufacturing of composite door and pvc door very poor The workmanship very poor not to my standards,I'm very disappointed

They responded earliest to my request and from a company during a difficult time for suppliers.

So far very impressed with quality of windows and doors installed along with the workmanship of the installers.

Some challenges getting materials - general issue not specific to supplier. Great installation team who worked really hard to get the job completed.

Hard workers, did a good job.

It was a very difficult time during Covid. The product itself was very good quality the communication was not great although I do appreciate the difficulties they faced getting supplies/workers etc during such difficult times. When the workers were at the property they were always very polite and worked hard. Any issues raised were sorted out although some of them took longer than I would have liked

Overall v good customer service needs to improve

From using the website, to getting a quote, to getting the work done was excellent. Peter was knowledgeable and accessible, and the fitters were amazing, the speed they blasted through my house was quite something.

The initial sales meeting and installation went smoothly. We then had problems with the company issuing an invoice to enable us to settle the account. Despite paying the balance in December we did not receive a Certass Certificate in January and I had to chase the company to sort this out.
We were disappointed with this as we were pleased with the doors that were installed.

Sales and surveyor offered a fantastic experience however on the equally important part that is the installation there were some workmanship issues that we resolved eventually.

Lancashire Glass and Glazing were very professional in their approach. From survey to completion was very professional. All the fitters were extremely polite. They cleaned up each night before leaving the job. I would certainly recommend to others. Thank you Rashid and all your staff.
