Great liaison with the team before installation, some hiccups during installation which I think could have been avoided.

The product is excellent but the manufacturer should go to greater lengths to ensure they choose fitters who are capable of fitting the product and do it to a standard that reflects the quality of the product.Slide or fold were a big disappointment and spoilt the building process of our project.The only person we felt gave us any confidence was Natasha, who was the single best person in the organisation It took them 18 months to finally complete the job. I could not recommend this company to anyone.

Installation was rushed and left scratched with many faults including rubber seals not touching. Standard sill is apparently a stub seal which I’ve not seen before and on all bifolds that I have seen , they have a 150mm sill which allows the doors to be set back like all the windows and doors will be on your house. Fitting the stub seal allowed for water to sit on top of the frame and leak through. The contractor came back and changed the sill but this involved moving the 6m wide doors back 30mm putting my whole job behind and meant cutting out my newly plastered kitchen reveal. Would not ever recommend this company.

I needed the surveyor to come out a second time to clarify measurements and to ask a couple of questions and they charged me for this revisit which I thought could have been included as it was for clarification and to make sure the unit was sized correctly.

Unfortunately my two sliding doors both had damage and poor quality to finish, which were resolved by taking them away to repair. Didn�t seal below my bifolds so paid my window fitters to resolve this.The front door I Felt communication was poor and didn�t listen to what I first requested. Still not received invoice after paying in full weeks ago.

As you are aware we have had multiple issues with the doors and we are currently waiting for a 3rd visit to resolve these. We may improve the rating in the future once the installation issues have been resolved. The product suitability rating is a 5 because there are outstanding issues with the door catch and shoot bolts that if resolved would again improve the rating, but I can only report on the current situation.
