Lee, the gentleman who carried out the survey was very thorough, professional and friendly, as were the two lovely gentleman who carried out the installation work and it was a pleasure dealing with these individuals.

Lovely company to deal with.

The contractor went above on beyond during both the choosing of the door (this wasn't straight forward due to the dimensions required) and the fitting of the door into a very old cottage with solid, un-square walls. The fitter had an excellent can-do attitude that made the job a success.

Both Dave and Chris were so professional they worked very methodically and hardly disturbed us at all. They protected our carpets, removed all old wood debris and even filled exterior wall chips with cement before leaving. We don't even have to redecorate around the site where the new windows went in and this surprised me more than anything. Thank you so much for making this such a stress free experience.
