Time from order to installation far too long

The contractor,West Cornwall PlasticsLtd ,Hayle,Cornwall,TR27 4QZ,especially Nick Farr whom I dealt with,answered my demand for replacing old, rotten, wooden windows, with new uPVC ones in an very efficient manner.As I live in France,I cannot reasonably reply about their installation,as these windows were installed in my absence and as yet,I haven’t seen them. But have been surveyed by the rental agent,Lanhams,who look after my property and who have said that they look very nice.I was due to come back and see them for my self,but my return to the Cornwall has been delayed,but I will not hesitate to contact you,if needs be,when I do..I would certainly recommend this firm,as they were coherent,efficient and charming.

The contractor went above on beyond during both the choosing of the door (this wasn’t straight forward due to the dimensions required) and the fitting of the door into a very old cottage with solid, un-square walls. The fitter had an excellent can-do attitude that made the job a success.

Nick Farrar, the Director at West Cornwall Plastics Ltd, was so helpful – from the time he visited me at my home to provide me with an estimate, right through to the installation of the double glazed windows and doors. He patiently answered all my questions, and provided me with sound advice. The workmanship of his team was superb – very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
