Made an exellent choice to have Pitman Windows conduct my window and front door installation. Frankly, was not sure of the style of confiuration of the widows and door that I wanted. During the intial visit from Paul, he was able to provide ideas and suggestion to guide me through this dilema. This inevitably involved more than one visit – the resulting quote was noticable competative compared to others that I had recieived.The installation was conducted by Kevin and Matt who I observed to be superb tradement. With attention to detail and professionalism at the very top of their game.

Customer service was excellent. always very quick to respond to queries. I have only given an 8 for reliability and timekeeping as the windows kept being delayed and installation date pushed back, sometimes at very short notice – although, I appreciate this is probably of no fault to the installers. Some of the windows were left with the packers and packaging still in place which we had to remove before using the windows – windows were not checked by installers before leaving the premises. Otherwise a very good, friendly team.

All staff treat the customer as if they were the only customer on their books. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and considerate, tidy and thorough. The after sales service and the communication from Pitman’s is superb. It is a real pleasure to work with a family firm that holds some traditional values. We were recommended Pitman’s by a friend, we have gone back to them for further work and will do so again.
