Sussex Door Company were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were trying to choose the correct door for our house. They kept us informed throughout the order process. Installer did a fantastic job, very tidy, friendly, and polite too. Would definitely recommend and use Sussex Door Company again.

Contractor did not order trim in time, delay finishing the job, door cavity exposed for 5 days. door not totally centered when installed and wrong indoor filler used on outside of door when 2 gaps in brick work. Had to be re-done

Not for those that like smart shiny showrooms. But if you don’t mind a bit of rustic charm. The service is very efficient, always return calls quickly if initially unavailable. Also keep you informed if there are any delays.

Once received by them from the manufacturer, Sussex Doors carried out the door installation promptly and efficiently. and it is a great improvement to the house. It is a pity that the waiting time between ordering and delivery was so long and quite frustrating.

The contractor was excellent.The showroom was very good and it was very helpful to see the doors prior to deciding on which product to purchase.From meeting staff in the showroom to the door being fitted, everyone was very informative, friendly and helpful. The workmanship was top notch and the knowledge about the product was extremely good.

The workmanship and ultimate product were excellent, we had some issues with communication from the company which to be honest is probably a training need / short staffing etc but it did create additional stress when we were expecting a call / information / update which didn’t happen and we had to chase. But overall as a small independent, I would always want to support and the quality is really good. I am pleased we were patient and saw this one through.
