Although this contractor was not the cheapest he was the only person that I felt confident with when he came to survey and quote for the job – in terms of his knowledge, experience, understanding what I wanted and explaining exactly what he was going to do. Kevin’s work was absolutely fantastic, the windows are lovely and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The place was left in an immaculate condition. He took so much care with the installation and explained to me the differences in windows and what he would have to do to replace the existing ones. All the rubbish was taken away and nothing was too much trouble. If I could give him 11 out of 10 I would.

Kevin did a great job. He understood our needs and instilled confidence in us with his knowledge of and experience with Velux products. He ably overcame problems in the installation along with his assistant Daren; they did their best to minimise damage, tkeeping everything tidy as they went along.We would recommend him without hesitation.

Yes, Kevin Strachan of BWPS Roof Windows, was excellent in his communication with us keeping us informed at all times. He guided us through the various Velux Windows available, and recommended to us the most suitable. Kevin gave us an installation date and kept to that date. He and his mate Bob did an excellent job of removing the old velux window and installing the new one. There was a tricky narrow staircase and not a lot of room to work in. They did a fantastic job of fitting and clearing away debry. We would certainly recommend Kevin Strachan of BWPS Roof Windows.

Concerned about ridge tiles which were removed to aid fitment. They were simply placed back in place afterwards and were not cemented back in. Sent email querying it, so far have not had a reply. Otherwise no issue.
