Hairline cracks in interior plasterwork and fallen mortar that exposed bare wood above kitchen window and patio door, all made during uninstalling/installing the windows was not made good, but apart from that there is little we could fault with the caveat being we know little about window and door installation so would not have the knowledge to know if an excellent piece of work or otherwise but we are happy with the result and the price charged and would recommend, so much so we asked Paul to quote us for some further work (3 new doors, soffits and a porch door and windows), but sadly Paul hasn't replied so we are now looking at alternative suppliers. The guarantees promised with the work have proved difficult to obtain.
