While we love the product and found Dave very helpful as we started the process, with installation there were several instances of finishes not being done or slight mistakes or unsatisfactory elements, which we had to keep chasing about. So we would recommend, but with slight caution.

We agreed the spec with the surveyor but the confirmation drawings and spec details they sent us were incorrect and we had to contact them twice to ensure corrections were made. However, the doors were fitted to our satisfaction and we are happy with the quality of the product.

As you can see I was less than impressed with the level of customer service.
A whole series of problems occurred, mainly linked to surveying.
There are still a couple of workmanship issues outstanding.
Having said that, the product is great.
On that basis I would recommend the contractor but with a strong ‘health warning’.

The firm was most helpful in every way and very competent in all the work. They were most helpful in every way and it was a pleasure to deal with them!

Would have been helpful to wait for delivery of the new windows before removing any old ones. In our case two bedroom windows had been wrongly measured.
The replacements took another 9 weeks to be made and delivered and we had to live with boarded up windows for over 2 months.

contractors had to return to fine tune all the handles as they were not working correctly.

window sills were not put in place. our builders had to do remedial work that they assumed would be done by the window company (from past experience with other companies)

keys were missing.

they should have checked all the frames as one has to be replaced and we are still waiting after 6 to 8 weeks. one of the frames has a bad scratch on it.

We had installed new wooden flooring and the builders were wrongly asked to cut it when it was not necessary, therefore the builders had to make repairs to the flooring.

this has been a very frustrating and drawn out process.

We want to note however that the workmen were very courteous.

Overall they did a good job with the installation and also were open to recommending a more affordable option of just replacing the glazing instead of our whole terrace door. Regarding workmanship they were prompt and they windows so far have held up well, but for some reason it’s taken multiple trips to straighten the rubber seals and some of them are still bulging.

Quick and tidy.

Install was not completed in the day as promised so contractor had to return at a later date Some water had appeared at the edge of the doors . We are not living at the property so it is unclear if this is due to the door install . We are monitoring

25th May, 2019.Our french doors were put on opening the wrong way. This was changed shortly afterwards.The front door arrived with the wrong window. We are waiting for the new cassette.The back door arrived with out a catflap & a new panel with a catflap has been ordered.The kitchen, utility & bathrooms windows are fine.

We were very satisfied with the contractor’s work.

Need to keep an eye on QC of product leaving factory (rubber glazing seal was poorly fitted but resolved on site by installer). Installers were efficient but needed better support (finishing trim had not been ordered so incurred several week delay with part finished job).

We’ve been using Iglaze for a number of jobs now and every time they have been very good and efficient. If ever there’s an issue, somebody is always on the end of the phone and always willing to come to site to discuss and amend. We would highly recommend Iglaze and will continue to use their services in the future.
