I would fully recommend this contractor from the initial quote to completion. I liked the no pressure sales – they gave me a quote then I had to contact them if/when i wanted to proceed. i was told each day what they would do next . At the end of each day they tidied up and made sure I had some kind of curtain/blind . I am extremely satisfied with the work .

They were friendly and I was very happy with the bifold doors that were installed. I was however disappointed with how the patio edging and steps were left after removal of the conservatory. I had understood that part of the ‘making good’ from removing the conservatory would be to tidy up the exposed patio edging, plus I would have assumed that the patio steps that were broken in the process of removing the conservatory would be fixed/replaced. I’m sure part of the problem is my understanding of what is involved in ‘making good’, hence why I didn’t push the issue after politely pointing it out, and instead asked for an additional quote (along with a list of other jobs), but have heard nothing since.
