The windows installed look great, but there were a few issues that need to be corrected by the supplier. There was some drill damage to the windows caused by the installer, which needs to be repaired and one of the glazing units needs to be replaced. This is still to be resolved as the supplier.

Ian did a great job to resolve some of the initial issues with gaps in the frames, and hopefully will come back to resolve the other outstanding issues

Other comments..
The installer needs to check that doors fitted are not loose, this was resolved on some of the door fittings but other adjustment is needed.
The sealant application around the edges of the doors and windows could have been neater as it looks a bit messy.

Quality of manufacture and installation work was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a need for scaffold to be erected for the installation, which was not included in the initial planning, timings or costing (but should have been). This caused significant delay and additional cost that we weren’t expecting.

Allen and the team a great, nothing to much trouble. Great local people in a great local business.
