Hard to get hold of and responses to messages but I guess if busy then this is fine. Nice chaps good workmanship . One of the glass were broken during transit. Had a temporary fix for around 5 days.

An unsuitable pane was replaced without demur and I found the service and workmanship to be of a consistently high standard.

8 ratings given because: Tidiness – one of the existing frames was difficult to remove. Caused some existing glass breakage, and small fragments found internally. Workmanship standards – the removal of one frame caused some plaster to crack and ‘blow ‘ beneath the window, which i need to repair and will involve a full hallway repaint. The frames and glass installation are otherwise good. There were some supply issues, and from order to install took 6 months.

Took some time for the windows/doors to arrive due to supply chain issues, but well worth the wait. They totally transform the house and view to the garden. Mark made recommendations regarding changing some of the windows and they look amazing. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!
