Excellent work from the first site visit to the final tidy up; friendly and courteous, reliable and helpful. The wondows look great, are keeping us warmer and more secure.

When they came to do the job it was done with great care and to an exceptionally high standard. We are very happy with the work done.

With the new fire specifications in mind for new doors and windows, ours were supplied with no external handles in the first instance so people would be trapped with no means of escape. The thresholds are not disability compliant (they are >15mm) and the panic bar locking mechanism was not suitable and over complex compared to the like-for-like set up we had but had requested internal panic bars be in situ on the new ones. The panic bars have been removed at our insistence as the resetting of the locking system was overly complex; the replaced one is not satisfactory for fire regulations (it h

The contractor, Mr B W Phillips, replied swiftly to my inquiry and was generous in his time advising me on the style of window I was looking for. The order was completed with no delays and the installation carried out expertly by two efficient and very pleasant fitters who worked through bad weather and left my house clean and tidy, taking my old windows away as promised. I am delighted that I discovered County Windows through Checkatrade and will certainly recommend this company without hesitation.

The finish inside is excellent but I am not satisfied with the finish of the sealant around the door and window. It would be of a better standard if fitted with Quadrants to complete the overall finish.
