Contract states that final payment must be made before work is actually completed which leaves the customer totally in the hands of the contractor rather than paying once totally satisfied with the job. This proved not to be an issue as the work was completed to a satisfactory standard but left me feeling uncomfortable.

Peculiar and ‘out-of control’ market conditions in Covid and Brexit material supply issues did hinder the order, supply and installation. However, frequently had to chase/follow-up and push to get answers on current status. In all, the product is good. Will supply snag/defect list in coming days.

In spite of all the difficulties encountered during the manufacturing of the window (caused by the shortage of materials following the Covid pandemic) the contractors have done their utmost to keep us updated throughout the whole process. The end result has been well worth the wait.
