Very happy with the work they carried out.

Only that when the date for installation was agreed we were then pressured into having it done sooner as they said the windows were ready earlier. The quality has never been a subject just having it done sooner put pressure on us financially when we could have done without if the job had been done at the agreed date.

We had two very good workers installing front door highly recommend, good company First Choice.

Very poor after sales service & communication.

The contractor employs their own installers and the two that visited our home were very polite and worked extremely hard.
Due to a misunderstanding they arrived a day earlier than expected.

The quality of door is excellent and the team of fitters were very good.
However, for me, what let the company down was an issue relating to the positioning of the letterbox and how they handled this issue and it seemed that no one was willing to take responsibilty for the error which left me very disappointed.

Excellent time keeping, was respectful to the property and looks amazing…. very, very happy

Left a lot of broken Glass and try to phone with no answer

Needs to check with homeowner first to confirm what works are going to be done

Look nice and done the lot in a day only thing is mold around one of the windows after 8 weeks is not very good came out a week later to fix problem but the fitter tried to say it’s not the windows but resealed them and cleaned the mold off let’s see if the problem is now solved as we’ve never had a spot of mold on the old windows!

Always hard working team and clean up very well

The work delivered was excellent but I had major problems getting the installer to register the installation with yourselves to provide the certificate. Hence the poor customer service score.

The work carried out was of the highest standard. The workmen were verythorough, and when the job was completed all was left very tidy.I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend FirstChoice in the future.

The communications could be improved but that may have something to do with the Covid 19 restrictions.The delivery / installation, workmanship and value for money is first class

Fitters were fine, the salesman had come and made the quote, we had paid the deposit and had been told the surveyor would come on a particular day. He didn’t come and when we chased the office they blamed us because we had held on to the advertising leaflet too long before placing the order. We were about to pull the plug because the deadline for doing so had arrived! Also, I am unale3 to download the certificate!
