The team of contractors worked hard to get the job done, sometimes working through adverse weather. They answered/explained any queries I had, and were polite and helpful. I am pleased with the end result and would use the company again. They also did other work replacing a conservatory room and the results were excellent.

With reservations over a certain window fitter who I found brash and rude. Please with the windows however and the owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Tidiness marked down as lot of mess left outside including filler in patio (fried on), rubble from window sills and pvc pieces around exterior of house.
Communication for this certificate extremely slow and needed to be chased multiple tines

Glass is scratcged badly on numerous windows, joints internally. Not flush, quality of fittings is poor.
