The job was completed professionally and efficiently with minimum fuss

Customer service has been excellent. We were provided with detailed quotes and everything was explained very clearly. We are pleased with the installation and would recommend All About Windows to others.

Installers didn’t use enough covering-up cloths & could have taken a little more care of walls etc.

They have been open and helpful from initial quotation. Some minor glitches were swiftly attended to without any conflict whatsoever. Happy with the job.

Administration needs attention. After waiting a week I had to ptompt them to sent the quote. After ordering I waited over four weeks and had to enquire to receive a fitting date. After fitting waited another four weeks and they needed prompting to register the window with Certass.

The team of contractors worked hard to get the job done, sometimes working through adverse weather. They answered/explained any queries I had, and were polite and helpful. I am pleased with the end result and would use the company again. They also did other work replacing a conservatory room and the results were excellent.

Altogether a great professional job.

Tidiness marked down as lot of mess left outside including filler in patio (fried on), rubble from window sills and pvc pieces around exterior of house.Communication for this certificate extremely slow and needed to be chased multiple tines

wouldn’t let me have what I wanted then installed the wrong pattern customer service was not good I would never use again

We had a few problems with the installation which was resolved but this did take a while to put right.

Glass is scratcged badly on numerous windows, joints internally. Not flush, quality of fittings is poor.

I am very unhappy. The company won�t return to finish my job.
