Work carried out was not up to the satisfactory standards. One window was not completed. Secure lock not fitted as promissed

Whilst the product appears to be well made and adequately installed the time between placing the order and delivery took 2 months. There were numerous delays in completing the work, a lack of communication from contractor, and installers failed to arrive on site despite promising to do so on 5 occasions.

Owner of the company is a good salesman and tries to keep things organized I believe. His window fitters are utterly useless. They don�t speak English, never arrive with correct tools and have zero respect for our property and their workmanship.

Amazing quality, I did a lot of research before purchasing and you just cannot get a better-made system than what UK Bi-FoldDoor Factory has to offer. I found that a lot of the smaller companies did have similar-looking products but once you see and use both there in a different league. Highly recommend it and I�m really happy.
