Good company and fitting team. Helpful and listened to what we wanted. The windows and doors were really well fitted.

More coordination when the windows will be fitted as the lead time was longer than informed. Difficult to get hold of someone. Email sent via website/voicemail on directors phone/phoned office no answer.

The installation team were the most polite and caring one could ever hope for, where issues occurred, they were dealt with quickly and without argument or fuss.A little slow with the paperwork at the end of the job but got there after a little nudging.

Within half an hour of completion of installation and workmen leaving my property I received the final invoice which , in red, stated that payment was already a day overdue. I then discovered there was an error on the invoice. I was surprised it took 5 months from accepting the quotation to completion.

My only gripe is that I was given an unrealistic timeframe for installation on my quotation (2-3 weeks) but this transpired into 12 weeks. Being more honest about this helps customer�s manage their expectations. Because of this I�ve scored lower on customer service, as I should have been kept informed about any delays. I�ve also scored slightly lower on tidiness – this is due to a sticky substance being left on the bathroom windowsill, which subsequently pulled off some of the paint. It�s not a big issue, accidents happen, but it could be easily prevented.

Handled well from sale to completion. Pleasant and skilled installation team.

Took a long time to get it right ( TOOK A FEW MONTHS TO COMPLETE) various problems with window configeration and sizes took a few attempts to get it right, Workmanship however was excellent and everything they did was great and very timely. MOST OF PROBLEMS APPARANTLEY WERE CAUSED BY THEIR SUPPLIER BUT UNFORTUNATLEY THAT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM.

Everything from Wye Valley was a 10/10, only rated lower on the Customer Service, and Timekeeping & Reliability because the job was delayed by a week to begin with and we weren’t fully informed until the day of and I had to call in to find out. I understand they could not get hold of us but an email or even further phone calls would have sufficed. Similarly, when the contractors were due in the following week afternoon, I wasn’t informed that they had been held up at another job until I called to find out, so a bit more communication would have been appreciated.

Efficient, punctual and they left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
