This was certainly the case with Ryan. He arrived promptly for the pre survey meeting, provided a quote for the new window within 24 hours and arranged a full survey meeting very quickly once I had accepted the competitive quote. He explained everything on the survey form , which gave me confidence about what was involved and the quality of the product he would use. We agreed a date for installation and again this went very smoothly. He and his colleague arrived on time, did a clean and tidy job installing a very good quality window.
