The team was excellent. This was a big job which took several weeks but all that time Jason, Greg, Ben & Autor were professional and tidy and respected the fact that this was not a building site but a residential home.
The installation team were friendly, very hard working and skilled at what they do.
The fitting was excellent and other trades that were needed, mastic, lead work were also excellent.The window manufacturer that supplied the windows to the contractor made many mistakes on the order, wrong colour, wrong sizes and failed to act professionally in resolving these issues. The contractor used did not communicate to us effectively or promptly leading to us having to constantly chase for information which is not good enough when dealing with an install costing many thousands of pounds. The job was finally completed many months after the scheduled date and though we received a discount for the error in colour there was no other compensation for the constant delays, lack of communication or number of days holiday I had to take to be available for fitting.
Very friendly, tidy, and polite workmanship. Windows look great, and worked around us whilst doing the work.
The workmen did an excellent job.Sadly, the same cannot be said for the administration and customer service. The biggest problem being their inability to answer the phone, email or respond to messages left.
Always very pleasant. Most helpful. Always obliging. Good to do business with, would highly recommend.
We were having our house renovated at the time so whole area was a building site. Seemed to be an excuse for the window installer to leave things untidy and unfinished. New windowsills were installed unevenly and windows not aligned correctly. Can still see gaps around some windows. After sales support has been poor with little response to emails.

The finish was excellent
The workmanship was superb. The timeliness of communication from the central office was less so.
