Customer service scored 7 as had to chase on multiple occasion to come and turn the glass round which was installed the wrong way round. Also had to chase for my guarantee rather than it just being sent to me. Workmanship scored 7 as both windows should have been the same height however the bathroom was 8cm shorter and needed extra batoning to raise it. The batoning on one side is also only held in with 2 screws where all other side had 3.
