The two fitters Billy and Ben did a great job in adverse weather conditions. Very polite, cheerful and left the site very clean and tidy.

Quite a long initial delay to actually get the door, but the installation and service afterwards was excellent and quick.

Britannia window s twice failed to turn up on booked fitting date, once fitter went sick and I was notified on the day of fitting, second time didn�t turn and I had to chase them.

The product is different to what we thought we ordered. Of course we are wrong and they are right. No Paper work- emails zipped and unable to open.We thought we were with one company but sister company did the work. Very dissapointed as neighbours used this company before they amalgimated and went with word of mouth.

Four months and ten remade windows, rusty locks, damaged frames, broken and incorrect glass, bowed door, awful mitres, deformed seals, default on additional works. Would never recommend or remploy under any circumstances. Expecting problems even now, no confidence in products whatsoever.

Not happy with Patio Door problems. Trickle vents missing plus door wouldn’t shut. Took five attempts to get them right, thanks to Nigel, who had to order and fit a complete new unit. Such a lot of stress and inconvenience for me plus lack of communication between staff. Thankfully the job is finished and windows and door looked smart.

Prompt, punctual, tidy and competitively priced

I wasn’t there when the windows and door were installed, so cannot really comment on the work nor the finished product. But the person who oversaw it for me said that ‘they did a good job’.I wanted to print off the certificate but it wouldn’t allow me to do it.

The first installer did not address the job correctly, his work was very shoddy and the amount of damage he caused was very upsetting. The door had to be taken out and refitted again, but this was undertaken by an experienced member of the team whose work was excellent. Due to the excessive damage to the plaster work caused by the first installer, extensive re-plastering had to be done up to a foot along the wall from the door – fortunately we still had the same paint for this wall and were able to redecorate the re-plastered area rather than the whole wall/room. The quality of the door is good and in practical terms the errors and omissions were corrected. However our bad experience warranted some form of compensation but we were told ‘this is not Britannia’s policy’ which is poor PR.

Every person that came to the house were very polite, knew what they were doing and very tidy. Great bunch of fitters.

We had installers who fitted the windows initially, that did a very poor job, which required myself to complain about the standard of workmanship. However, Britannia Windows were very good at dealing with the issue, and responded very promptly and resolved the the problem in a timely and professional manner.

These ratings are based on the second fitting of the windows as the first installation was not to the contractors and our standards. This resulted in all windows are doors except the bifold (done by different contractor) being refitted.

Communication was very poor to non existent. We had to do all the chasing. It took two and a half months to completely install 6 windows.

His extensive experience was so useful in advising us on the the most appropriate products. Nothing was too much trouble. Joe and Reece fitted the windows and their workmanship was outstanding. The main issue was with the manufacture of the units being substandard and having to have 5 units replaced. The time involved in this being done and several missed appointments was unacceptable.

Not all items were loaded on to the van for work to commence/be completed in full for the installation of bay window. The junior person (Dean) who accompanied the installer (Kim) proved to be ineffective, his general work was poor and he failed to clean the new kitchen windows properly and left them in a far from satisfactory condition, I had to clean them properly. His failure to return the following day to assist with the installation of the bay window resulted in the work not being undertaken as no replacement for him could be found. It took one month for the bay window to be undertake

Very friendly , discussed things with me that might need my approval/agreement. Worked carried out to a very good standard.

Four faults on completion of 1x window 1x french door.We had to chase up the Bognor Regis office to find out what happens next on numerous occasions. Found the staff at this office to be extremely unhelpful, would strongly recommend Britannia record all calls as staff attitude very poor.It took four visits from engineers and countless phone calls from us to the office to get all the errors corrected thanks god we only had one window and one door fitted. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend .

From quotation through to final fitting all was executed well and without issues.

The installation was delayed, and then rescheduled once at the last minute, which was annoying as we had everything ready on the day. I was told there had been a computer problem with the diary and the installers had not been given the date.One window leaked but the problem was promptly rectified.

Only that everything was carried out to my satisfaction, just one thing your on line payments did not always work as it should have.

There were problem’s with the French doors both in product and insulation by the fitters, but this was dealt with by Brittana widows and we were pleased with the result.

Very pleased with door, however had to chase to get work completed. Door input just before Christmas, but work was not completed fully until Feb.

I would highly recommend Britannia Windows (Bognor) they did an excellent job from start to finish from contacting them, ordering, survey and the installation of the windows.

too many things went wrong especially the toilet window fitted wrong they took window out put back in damaged had to wait for a couple of months for a new window which they didn’t want to do,

extremely The Britannia workmen showed admirable tolerance when challenged by a property maintenance manager on our shared drive. The slight parking infringement was resolved to our satisfaction, the windows installed and the job completed. The offensive maintenance managed (a part timer) retreated

The door wasn�t as illustrated, the letterbox was put in wrong place. The letterbox is already showing signs of rust and the external lock has discoloured!
