Wayne the fitter was brilliant and completed the job in really poor weather conditions. We had a miscommunication when he was due to come back to complete the sealing process as this couldn't be done with the weather but that was sorted in the end. Had an issue with the handle and lock on the front door but that has also been sorted really quickly so thank you.
Work was completed on time and to a high standard.
Nothing wrong with the product or Kayvex. The building subcontracter they suggested did some good work but failed to complete the work despite repeated requests. Had to get some else in to complete work. Would use Kayvex and have done since, but not for major work that involve their subcontractor
I would have liked a phone call before to let you know what time the work man will be with you.
We love to support local companies and Kayvex have proven to be really excellent. From first contact with the sales team to the survey and the actual fitting we have been treated courteously and kept updated. The fitting team were meticulous in their dismantling, installation and tidying up, leaving us delighted with our new doors. We'll certainly recommend our neighbours to try Kayvex for their glazing

Very friendly and polite staff! Excellent quote! Excellent product! The team who put the windows in were very thorough, efficient and hardworking. The only reason for the lower scores was that it took a very long time from signing the contract to having the work completed (we do appreciate that two of the windows were bespoke) but we had to keep chasing up to find out what was happening. But now we are so happy with our new windows and front door!
The timeline of the installation was very long due to the unavailability of a surveyor and then of the door no being delivered from the manufacturer.
This did not stop the company demanding payment.
The installers arrived on time ( early in fact) on the delayed date and were very professional doing a great job
The work was carried outin a proffesional and business like manner.
From start to finish on purchasing my composite front door all at kayvex windows were friendly and professional .

If I tell you I almost entirely stopped dealing with Kayvex directly, and would only communicate via a senior management person at Britannia (in order to reach a satisfactory conclusion with our order and installation) I think that says it all!
Excellent product, slightly disappointed with installation of Bi-Fold doors and after sales service, which has hopefully now been resolved.
It would not be enough to stop me using them in the future as I have already ordered another door.
Overall I am a satisfied customer at this point.
The installation took nearly 6 months to complete. The initial workmanship was very poor and had to be rectified by another fitter. The original fitters were at best incompetent with broken glass panes, poor fitting of the frames and many items either incorrect or missing. We were promised a 2 week turn round by it has taken nearly 6 months to rectify all of the faults. Nearly every window was poorly fitted. Despite visits to the showrooms and emails they did eventually come out to see the issues and accepted them in full.
Excellent company to deal with, both as far as their work is concerned and the administrative process. Cannot fault Kayvex.. An excellent job at a fair price.
Efficient, tidy, and friendly
Very pleased with the Windows and initial install. However lots of snags and took 5 visits to sort it out!

We were a returning customers but unfortunately we would not reuse or recommend the company again.
The sales process was fine, but as soon as things went wrong (door frame delivered had the door opening in the wrong place), we had to do all the progressing with the salesman and the office for a replacement and the frequent answer was "we are very busy". The surveyor admitted the fault was his and said the replacement would be ordered quickly and installation should be around 2 weeks, as it was a replacement. The surveyor went on holiday before placing the order. The office could not access the documents to place the order. The installation was finally finished eight and a half weeks later. The installers were very good, but let down by the customer service.
I have been using them for well over 20 years, and they are very good.
Installers were on time, tidy and worked steadily all day.
First class job excellent professional fitter
Poor communication when there was an issue with the new lock and not being able to access the property and needing someone to be inside the property to open door from the inside. Took too long to resolve and even then I had to contact Ultion about the issue as Kayvex didn’t and took too long to respond to messages. Very disappointing

After waiting 5 months to have my windows fitted has been a very stressful experience for me and left me feeling very vulnerable as a woman on her own. The lack of communication between the salesperson and the customer is very poor, not keeping the customer informed of what is going on. The workers did nothing but complain about the stairs and the height . They do a lot of Bungalows which are on ground level I suppose. Would not recommend to a friend as she had watched what has been going on with me.
The product and initial sales information is good, and this is one reason we chose this company the actual fitting was professional and carried out to a good standard. However communication between the fitters and sales team was poor and it took some time and several phone calls before we got the final window, and all the remedial work such as sealant under the window sills, pebbledash replaced etc. completed to an acceptable standard.
We are now very pleased with the product and the completed work but would advise anyone looking to use this company to check the work carefully to ensure where possible all aspects are completed at installation.
I was not happy with the first fitter that fitted my door, but the second fitter was perfect, couldn’t be happy with him and a Credit to the company.
Job was delayed by a day as they had a problem with another job which ran on a day. But other than that am very happy.
Rob, worked hard to fit my door, the door needed adjustment as it was measured incorrectly!! This is no reflection on the fitter, more the chap who came out to measure! I am hoping that I don’t have leaks as the double glazed door had to be cut to fit!! I was hoping for a snug fitting New Kitchen Door. Winter will be the test for this Door!!

The windows and front door took 3 months to come in. When they were fitted, one of the panes of glass was marked and none of the front door furniture matched - the drip bar was chrome and the letter plate and front door handle were each a different shade of satin.
To get these issues resolved, it took 3 appointments and another 3 months! Not good enough.
My last windows were installed by Kayvex 38 years ago,I had a few quotes for replacements & Kayvex were still very competitive so I decided to stay with them for my new windows. So far I am very pleased with the results

Having paid a deposit of 30% and expected to pay the balance once installation was complete but I was chased for an interim payment of 60% a week before installation and then a final payment 0f 10% the day before installation. I cannot recall that this payment schedule was explained when I agreed to the purchase. I paid the final amount the day after installation but the following day I received a further request to pay it , saying it was outstanding. Email responses to the company were not answered.
Installation took place on 28 June (4-5 weeks after date originally forecast from time of purchase). Installers did a good job although we were left to clean up some of the mess left.
Would like to say from start of job we have been very pleased.
