Two issues with installation awaiting rectification.
I found all staff that I dealt with very friendly & helpful. Sadly it doesn’t matter how good the staff are, if your product lets you down it’s irrelevant. 3 attempts to get me a fault free pane of glass is terrible and I do feel the 2 fitters that initially installed the window should have noticed the damaged glass.
Sorting a replacement was managed well but prolonged this simple one window installation to a total time of 15 weeks from when the window was originally installed to today, when the replacement was installed.
Said yes I would recommend as finish product good and people polite however lots of ways they can improve, had two jobs done, first set of workers left a mess, second were good. Two panes of glass had chips, one from first order and one from second so had to wait weeks for replacement glass. Lots of confusion with second pane ordered Launa had to phone me up several times to ask me what they were supposed to be replacing whereas they should know.
We have used Launa Windows for all replacement windows and doors and have been impressed with their overall service.
Christian is a very conscientious installer and double checked that everything was working correctly before he left. Meticulously tidy in his work, very polite and courteous. Would definitely use Launa again when needed
Supposed to be noise reducing glass but we haven't noticed any difference at all from the previous windows.
Good communication throughout the process. Installers were great and installation was excellent.

The DF for this door and window blank was stated to be 8 to 10 weeks, which was the only reason I chose AGS. Ended up being 16 weeks. Communication in the first point of contact was the warmest welcome I've ever received by a company but as soon as the first payment was made communication was only to collect deposits over the phone. No word on delivery. I did start to believe I'd been scammed due to the lack of updates, abrupt phone payments and the fact that I had started this process requesting a quote from Britannia Windows, Launa windows turned up and the emails and bank statements stated AGS, which was confusing and each business had a different online presence and rating.
Fitters were really friendly and did a great job. Manufacturers made a really nice door.

As a family we have used this contractor to do complete windows and doors in the property, and later the solar panels. All work has been fitted in a timely and good manner and has been durable, needing no attention.
The workmen used were very untidy and damage the light fitting and also some wall paneling. They also left a gap in the floor and told me to fill it in.

Very polite, friendly and tidy fitters (Andy & Chris) who did a fabulous job. We have had lots of positive comments from friends and neighbours and even a food delivery driver! Would not hesitate to recommend.
fitting was excellent and the installation very clean and tidy.
Bad communication. We were kept waiting for months and unable to get in touch with anyone about our product. Finally informed that there were delays. That’s all we needed to hear from the beginning. Then, when the doors were installed, the silicone around them was very thick so it looks very messy from the outside. It looks like they were not measured properly. There was a mark inside the glass which they noticed but we had to wait over a month to get that replaced. We were also meant to have hinges on a window replaced but the hinges they brought did not fit. so this has not been done.

Pre sale process was fine up until the point Launa tried to move the date agreed for installation - despite our careful explanation of the importanc of the agreed dates to fit our diaries. It seemed no notice was taken as the revised later dates from Launa conflicted with the info it already had.
Installation phase proceeded smoothly with little disruption.
3 return visits (so far)have been needed for small adjustments. All of these have been mismanaged - slow, confused responses. The last visit only happened after the threat of works in default with recharge via Money Claim Online legal action.
In summary, good product and installation team. Crap after sales.
Satisfied with workmanship and response to minor requests to correct items
Good product, although contractor had to return to make good the outside of the property around the windows. There was general confusion though between salesperson, surveyor and administration regarding access and scaffolding requirements. It was not a smooth process.
