There are just a few snags which we have been assured will be completed in one visit when the internal stairs have been fitted which is scheduled for three week's time. These are:
* Fitting of missing door sill end caps
* Change of lock on one or both doors so that the keys are the same for both door
* Replacement of cracked sliding door glass (fixed pane)
* Polish out of scratch on Bedroom 1 window frame (internal)
Window fitters were excellent
incorrect finish on window, however this is hopefully being replaced

The window installers arrived as agreed, the windows appear well made, installation was done very professionally and without any mess. I would not hesitate to use them again.
The contractor had to revisit the site as work was left unfinished. The contractor did return quickly when mentioned.
Only one day was allocated to complete the job which was too short. This meant that the installers were trying to work as the light faded perhaps taking shortcuts which meant some things had to be redone on the follwoing day when they returned to complete the job.
Efficient, friendly service from start to finish both at the sales and installation stages.
Only slightly negative feed back is as follows:
1. The surveyor was not forthcoming with a date, I had to chase.
2. The payment demands from a central organisation are somewhat anonymous leaving you asking questions as to whether you are paying the right organisation. In my opinion the invoices should be attached to an explanatory personal email from CTG themselves to avoid any confusion.

Fitter was superb name Brendan only issue was I had to keep chasing up ctg to find out when door was to be fitted every week for 4 weeks even though product was at depot. But Great product looks great and thank you

despite previous visits and measurements the fitters were given the wrong glass frame for one of the replacement windows and had to come back two weeks later with the right one. Other than that, good service

Marked product suitability as 8 : I do wish i had been told about the new trickle vent law by you as i was not aware i would be getting one of these in my window and i am in a conservation area (i have since read up about it and would have chosen not to have one). I can feel the cold coming through which seems to go against the whole point of having double glazed window to keep heat in, and choose to open when you want it. i had not realised until the window was fitted and the workmen gone. Very please with satin look of sash widow though.
The person who fitted the windows was a sub contractor
The installers went above and beyond to get the job done around the bad weather we experienced, to fit in with our availability and were very careful getting stuff up and and downstairs
The tidiness marks have been dropped because we needed to supply additional dust sheets, and their tools etc occasionally went off the edges of the dust sheets.
The workmanship marks have been dropped because someone had to come to back to apply a sealant on one bead; this omission most likely happened because they were under time pressure.
The contractors carrying out the work were excellent.
They explained what the job entailed, & were polite.
They did an excellent job, cleaned and tidied up after themselves & made sure I could open the door etc.
The old doors had a down pipe right next to it that had to be moved, the wooden blocks it had been attached to had rotted; they tidied up the area & made sure that the pipe was firmly installed before leaving.
I hope the same contractors replace the front door when it arrives, they are very professional
At the beginning of the contract, the contractor was very good. 2 windows installed.
However, I was told that the lounge window (a bay window) had some issues and that they wouldn’t be completing the work that day. This was in April. The window fitters left and I heard nothing. No updates or communication about what the issue was or when it would be completed. The next week, I rang about four times and eventually managed to get through to someone who said that the issue had been sorted and that they could come. They came and again an issue arose. No windows that day. No communication to update me about what was happening. 3 people ringing on my behalf to try and get updates. Promises and dates missed. Eventually, 4 months later, the window has been completed. Poor communication.
Having had a conservatory supplied and erected by CTG a few years ago, and following the excellent service we had to iron out some initial snags, we had no hesitation in calling on CTG when our bedroom tilt & turn windows needed replacing. CTG produces an excellent product and their service is second to none ! I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who requires any to do with double glazing. Thank you.
quality of the door sliding door product seems to have deteriorated.

I have been unable to fill in the details requested as it's a complicated situation. The final result we are pleased with and Rob's customer service has been exemplary. However it has been a long road to get here - wrong size frame for the sliding doors, broken glass window panes which had to be installed, other glass broken during installation, missed installation appointment due to miscommunication between head office and local branch. Quite substantial but as I said - the final product we are very pleased with!
Have used CTG on many occasions and have been satisfied with customer service and quality of the installation.

Ctg let us down.
90 % of the job was finished on time but 2 windows were the wrong glass type. The issue was found by the fitter but they fitted them anyway. It took us 2weeks of chasing to get a date for the replacements. CTG seemed happy to wait. When we chase again to confirm fitting on the day the glass was scheduled to arrive with the supplier they advised it hadn't arrived, again seeming like it wasn't an issue. Finally when the glass did arrive and was fitted (one month after the initial fitting) the fitter was in such a rush to get away that he didn't do a quality check and left debris trapped between the glass and frame beading. We had to chase again for them to correct the issue.
No apology or compensation was ever given. We will not be recommending CTG
Outstanding product and service.
Contractors all very pleasant, shame about the delays in the patio doors arriving.
The slope on the outside window ledge is inadequate to allow proper rainwater drainage.
The first two window installers and the subsequent Service Engineer did an unsatisfactory job but the two vastly experienced replacement installers rectified the problems.
My rear window now on reflection was short on size. They used a plastic strip to bridge the gap I think this is a bad move in what they did not sure what steps to take to resolve this installation . Derek Cook.
The company is extremely unreliable and do not care about their customers.
The fitters, Dan and Lee were outstanding in their focus, professionalism and ensuring that the deficits of the survey were addressed. They went the extra mile and restored our confidence.
However the communication between CTG and Bristol HQ was appalling and from an operational perspective needs to be urgently addressed. We paid for the first deposit in September and had no communication about a date for a fit until l started making weekly calls to CTG from January 2023 every Friday. I was given a for early March, took time off work, travelled 302 miles to be there and informed 36 hours before the fitting, that it was cancelled . I was livid.
I eventually spoke with Grant, and he was critical of HQ and offered no apology..l had to work with him to secure a new date by me going back to H

Fitters great. Rachel v helpful. There were issues with the survey, no windows measured correctly. Took over a year to get them ordered but end result they look v good and seem like an excellent product well fitted.
Before ordering I specified a certain opening, in August 2022. They cancelled the install date in December the morning they were supposed to turn up, and then pushed me to the back of the queue, instead of stalling for two days they wanted to stall by weeks. It was booked for early Feb, the installation company didn't know, so it had to be stalled for another four weeks - to a date when I could not attend - now early March 23. I arranged for my neighbour to oversea the install. They thankfully did turn up, but the specified opening wasn't built, so I had to accept what they had. The install is done with the work unfinished on the insides, but as this was agreed by my neighbour, I have to accept it. On the plus side, I think the fitters have done a good job and the windows look good.

I have used them many times in a professional capacity
First door either measured or made incorrectly and did not fit properly. Took three months for a replacement which was fitted incorrectly with the wrong depth sill and not straight. New door finally fitted correctly a week later so from order confirmation to final fitting took six months. At no point did anyone from CTG contact me about this regarding timescales etc and I had to do all the chasing with no apology offered. Such a shame as the fitted product and door quality is excellent, along with the aftercare provided.

No problem with any aspect from initial enquiry to installation. Rodda & Hocking fitters were friendly and did a great job with installing the doors and also tidiness post installation
Communication sometime difficult but eventual installation and workmanship highly professional.

Thank you to all involved, a very professional company and quality product. The site team was outstanding.
I know I ordered a large window but waiting from August 2022 to February 2023 I thing was rather a excessive length of time to wait for the fitting which was very good .
Excellent fitters eventually. Contractor cancelled two appointments for fitting due to sickness, which caused us some inconvenience. Outside window cills do not slope enough and are slow to drain water away.
Still waiting for the window to be completed as it leaks, service engineers said it would need to be a " refit" but no date given when its going to be completed.
Very good quality and reasonably priced
We ordered new doors and a conservatory which were both assessed by different surveyors who drew up different plans. When the doors arrived they didn't fit as space hadn't been allowed for a ventilation bar which we were told was needed for building regs. The doors had to be remade which took another 4 weeks, in that time my elderly mother had to go and stay somewhere else as the house was so cold and during that time she died. When the second lot of doors arrived we were told by different contractors that the ventilation bar wasn't needed anyway due to the door being classed as an internal door because of the conservatory. We lost our slot with the builder to get the conservatory base done and so it still isn't fitted. The doors don't work well either and keep jamming. Never again.
Reliability and timekeeping have a lower rating due to the planned installation date of 16 Nov being cancelled because the replacement window sizes appeared to be wrong.
Subsequently, those same windows were satisfactorily fitted on the 5 & 6 Dec by the window surveyor himself.
Two of the windows had to be redone four times before they were manufactured correctly and held up our bedroom refurbishment for months.
Very good apart from communications (failing to get back to me on queries; including a faulty email address in their documentation).
