Fitters: fine. Timekeeping and tidiness great, fitting great. They overcame some problems created by their own company.Customer service: terrible. this contract has been a nightmare from start to finish. Poor Jamie that has had to pick up the work from his incompetent predecessors must be sick to death of the complaints.We have used CTG for many, many years and I can honestly say we won’t be again.

Ordered in February but not fitted until December with no updates given from company.Front door locking mechanism not as discussed.

Product is fantastic, customer service is terrible. When contact was made, the staff were very evasive on delivery dates. The product was promised 6-8 weeks from order. It was actually 6 months! Ultimately, adding extra cost to my build as it delayed plastering, rendering, decorating etc.

Poor after sales service.

Very good product and installation team were excellent. The surveyor was good. The salesman was very poor and unhelpful and we nearly decided not to proceed. I understand he no longer works for them.
