Windows leaked on installation, granted they wasn�t fully sealed at the time but with heavy rain predicted some kind of preventative measures should have been in place. Big difference in tidiness from worker to worker. One very consistent the other left the bedroom uncovered which left to bits of wood and glass in the bed. Not ideal! A quick chat with us and we would of sheeted the room ourselves I would recommend this company but work needs to be done particularly with the younger workers to be more clean and tidy and aware of surroundings.

We initially had half of the windows replaced but have followed up with orders for the rest of the windows and cladding of the front bay due to the quality of work and reliability.

Friendly, tidy, efficient and good workmanship to a high standard. The only issue was getting the doors in the first place – a long delay which was a manufacturing and supply issue because of the Covid pandemic – nothing to do with Change Glazing & locks
