the post code you have is incorrect mine is gu124qf they broke two pieces of glass so ended up with a wooden bord for a window for a while accident’s happen it toke them three attempts to fit new glass and fitted a different window to one that was not on the quote i haven’t had an recite for the job they did change it

I think communication from the office could be improved but the fitting and quality was very good.

Great work clean and tidy would recommend to friends and family.

One of the windows was installed at the incorrect height and are subject to a potential building control violations as a result.Communication was poor and haphazard. Quality of documentation was poor (wrong name) on quotes and invoice.Never supplied with CERTASS certificate we had to chase for it.

Not sure at this moment. Great team of people but customer service lets them down.

Excellent in every way

The contractor offer a wide selection of products which are fitted to a good standard. However, the work completed was not very efficient with multiple visits taken and regular chasing up by email and phone calls needed by us. We are very pleased with the final look of the doors and windows and they match well with the existing windows so from that perspective we are very pleased with them.

We needed to order extra bar handle for indoor as door was hard to open without this – would have been good to be advised of this beforehand as an option to save a delay ordering the part. Overall happy with door and installation – sold, secure and well fitted.

Cannot fault the Workmanship. Unfortunately trying to get them back to do an adjustment has been a nightmare. Never answer phones and taken 4 messages over a week to get a reply.Communication is rubbish.

The only reason I have not rated this a 10 for Customer Service is due to speed of response and communication.

Installer was very friendly and overall happy with the installation however the after care has been extremely disappointing. Weeks after advising of an issue, it has still not being rectified. Customer service was superb in quoting stage but again after installation has been appalling, with no responses to messages or emails. Paper work for warranty not generated until chased this week (install was beginning of March 21)

As a family this company are lovely people. However, do not believe they behave professionally with regard to complaints as we were not impressed with the product/installation. They also requested final payment before the job was complete. Currently have issues with 2 windows.

MAE did a great job and i would highly recommend.
