Office work, drawings and the like satisfactory, but method of working on site less so (no scaffold or suitable staging, breaking out existing glass from inside directly onto a public road, glass going into neighbouring gardens, and damage caused over and above that which could be expected).

I had issues with my installation and customer service.

This contractor was chosen as a recommendation from Crittall. Product delivery timelines were stretched beyond the initial estimates due to Crittall materials supply issues. Customer services were strained due to constantly having to tell me of further delays to installation. Final snagging issues were resolved but a whole month after the initial installation. Design services were very professional.

The only problem was due to delayed delivery initially by Crittall of about two months and then for a specific curved glass window where the supplier had to go through several iterations before getting to the right shape with more than 1 year delay

Work team lacked care re their surroundings and were untidy (lots of broken glass inadequately cleared up) and damaged my car in the process of removing windows. BGD office team were helpful though and the customer service from them re the incident was good, although one follow-up item took a long time to be done. Product quality really good though and quality of actual installation I'm pleased with.

A small amount of work needed after door was fitted but contractors came out quickly to rectify. They did a good job. All workmen were helpful efficient snd tidy. I would definitely recommend them

Issues with tidiness, damage to the car with glass debris.

While the windows were great, and all involved with measuring and installing the windows were exemplary, the office and admin staff were very frustrating at times. I would like to be able to recommend this company, but unfortunately will have to mention the office as a caveat.
