The best I can say is that eventually the windows were installed to a satisfactory manner.  From the initial installation date, when no windows were installed because they were not the correct size (contractor measured) it took a year for the installation to be completed.  There were numerous visits, the first windows made were too big, the second too small the third were fitted.  However one set of windows needed numerous revisits because the contractor took out the wrong section of the window surround and so the window needed to be repositioned, the glazing was also incorrect in another window and we lived with a board in that window for a few days and the internal glass screens (like an internal Juliette balcony) took a few goes to be fitted to the correct height.  The contractor asks for the room to be masked and prepped for installation, we did this to a high spec each time they visited which was time consuming and not without cost.  The contractor commented that at least they didn’t walk away from the job leaving it unfinished, suggesting that this was reasonable customer service.
They were not always easy to contact and took a long time to rebook appointments to fit.

There were some issues with some of the units in the rear doors, but I worked closely with Matt at BGD and he was very helpful. It took a few attempts to get satisfactory units installed but BGD and Matt were very patient, even though I drove them mad, and we got there in the end.

The team who installed the doors were efficient organised and did a great job, we were pleased with the results.

Frustrating customer care and bad after service

All was good once the order was placed. Fitters were great. Happy with door and windows.

Perfect job, clean and neat and protected my fitted blinds and everything else.

Office work, drawings and the like satisfactory, but method of working on site less so (no scaffold or suitable staging, breaking out existing glass from inside directly onto a public road, glass going into neighbouring gardens, and damage caused over and above that which could be expected).

While the windows were great, and all involved with measuring and installing the windows were exemplary, the office and admin staff were very frustrating at times. I would like to be able to recommend this company, but unfortunately will have to mention the office as a caveat.
