Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Seemore. Upon installation we found c.19 faults and issues with the products and installation including scratches in 5 units, loose handles and parts of the composite doors needed replacing. Although, all faults have finally been resolved it has taken 22 weeks. The company have not given us any form of compensation for the delays and inconvenience this has caused. The installation team were very professional and helpful in working out how the existing doorbell could be utilised on the new door.There’s a small blemish within the glazed side panel, which I would have expected the manufacturers to have noticed and changed the glass before it was shipped to Seemore Glass.

Arrived on time – in fact a little early. Coped with the bad weather and left the place clean. Additional fitting of cat flap and alarm sensor completed well. Overall happy with the service from the initial contact with the showroom through to completion.

Product Suitability – we would have liked more information at time of survey regarding the manufacture of the patio doors ie sliding inside not outside as our previous doors. This has caused problems with re-instating vertical blinds and a fly screen.

The windows are fantastic, however we weren’t impressed by the filling around the windows, we’ve had windows installed before by another provider who did a better job. Still waiting on the bolt for our door which was installed two months ago. Customer service was mixed as it totally depended on who you spoke to on the phone, some were great, others really unhelpful and rude. We are happy with the product though it’s excellent quality and everything we’ve asked to be revisited or fixed has been, apart from the door bolt.

Minor snagging was promptly attended to and the job finished well

The fitters were friendly and tidied everywhere even cleaning the windows. Windows are lovely and make a big difference to the rooms.

Unfortunately we had to have 3 visits to put in the door – one return as the side part were incorrect and one return when the side panel was leaking. However i would now recommend as customer service was good and the fitters themselves very jovial.

Two guys that fitted the door/frame were very polite and courteous and fitted them in the most appalling weather conditions, i take my hat off to them.

Workmanship was not what i had expected, removal of old door and frame was brute force with wrong tools had to loan fitter a crowbar. Installation of doorframe. Frame was not parallel wider at top than at cill so gaps around door not true. Too much use of cover strips and silicon. Internal window board not fitted properly. Apart from crowbar had to loan fitter an extension lead plus a broom, had to finish cleaning up myself and found screws dropped on drive. On talking to company about issues was told if it opens shuts and locks that is it.

The door was of a very good design and good quality. The door is very impressive and provides a good sense of security. The contractors were very courteous and professional. I thoroughly recommend Seemore Glass.

Delays in receiving these windows were frustrating, but I accept this was due to supply chain issues and I was kept informed.

The fitters were always on time and finished the works within the expected time frame to a very high standard.Whenever they found any issues (e.g. plastering damage caused by the previous installation of the old windows), they communicated these clearly and pointed out what can be done to remedy these issues.A few minor open items were finished by the service engineer within 24 hours of the actual works being completed.We will definitely recommend Seemore Glass to our friends and neighbours.

Excellent workmanship in removing a very old door and window frame in 1930 build. The replacement door looks like it was always there with no visible damage.

The company was very good from the showroom visit to the installation of the unit, everyone was kind and polite and the fitters were great ambassadors for the company. I would recommend the company to any person needing windows or doors.
