Greenoak were very helpful in the showroom and went into detail of what was needed and explained things carefully.
The survey was thorough and the builders/fitters explained how they would work and they also gave some suggestions and recommendations to ensure the overall finished look was pleasing.
They arrived at the same time every morning and worked hard, were friendly and explained what they were doing at various stages of the job so we were kept informed about the works throughout.

The work was undertaken with no stress to ourselves despite the Company having to negotiate with another firm in completing this work as the patio door that was to be installed led out to a balcony. All the members of the Company whether in the Office, surveying the job or installing the new door worked in a professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the work and the end product.

Greenoak offered a high quality, bespoke product that met our requirements and style preference. Despite certain obstacles and unforeseen challenges that occurred on this project, chiefly due to the window manufacturer, the work was eventually completed to a high standard.

Reliable and job well done

Initially the door supplier provided the incorrect door. Dale at Greenoak was very persistent with the supplier and insisted that the door and frame were exchanged and expedited delivery despite the supplier suggesting that the door was what had been ordered. We were very impressed with the after sales service and would recommend Greenoak on the basis of this level of service.

Would highly recommend this contractor , very professional from start to finish ,nothing was to much trouble for them even down to getting the preferred choice of lighting for us .

One glass panel broken second one had a blemish. Some delays in sorting out replacements but this was due mainly to the glass supplier. Overall a very good job.

Everything that could go wrong with this order did, incorrect colour windows arrived along with incorrect front door style, incorrect measurement of the bay window, incorrect patio door handle colour, all these issues were corrected but they were all preventable issues in the first place. The fitting team were lovely.

Very professional. Very conscientious of doing the job to a very high standard. Also pleasant to talk to and friendly.

The installation team had conveyed to the rubbish collector that more people would be required due to the weight of the old door.. Although the old glass taken away but not happy with the way this was done as lot of debris was not cleared. This was a shame as everything else was faultless .
