From the beginning when phoning to request a quote for our windows and doors, we had an excellent service from the office staff and then excellent service with the installation of the windows. In every area we had a professional service delivered to us and would always recommend Danetre Glass.

Reason for not recommending sent wrong work men to fit the doors. They had not done this work before. Job had to be done again.

We’ve had an issue with some of the glass, this took a little longer than we hoped to get a plan of action in place to resolve. But we’re now happy with what’s been done so far and what will happen if we get any issues in the future.

The only issue I have is with a lack of communication. I constantly had to call and even visit the premises to get updates.

There is scope to improve customer liaison.

There was an inordinate delay from placing our order and paying a deposit to receiving an installation date. During this delay we had no contact from the supplier. After following up for a status update it turned out that the materials required for our job were actually in stock and may have been for some time. Post installation we discovered issues with one of the sealed glazing units which took multiple attempts to rectify.While I wouldn’t recommend the contractor I would not attempt to dissuade anyone thinking of using them from doing so.

arranged for fitting then found glass was missing, so had to re-schedule.had to call for status updates when you should have contacted us.scratched glass was replaced in a timely manner.on a couple of mornings the window had condensation on the outside preventing us from seeing the garden.
